Program Information

Mixed Netball is a term-based program running alongside Victorian school terms. It’s a fun, competitive, and inclusive environment, perfect for players of all skill levels. Whether you’re experienced or new to the game, this is a great opportunity to stay active, enjoy the sport, and connect with others in a social setting.

• Location: Primarily indoors, but outdoor matches may be scheduled if required‍
• Game Format: 4 x 10-minute quarters‍
• Extra Time: 5 minutes (finals only)‍
• Teams: 7 players on court per team, max 1 male player per third
• Ages: 14+
• Registered players cannot fill in for other teams with 7 or more players
• ‍Scorers: Each team must supply one scorer (substitutes allowed)‍
• Scoresheets: Must be returned to the front desk after the game‍
• Uniforms: Teams supply their own matching uniforms, including bibs‍
• Match Balls: Supplied by GRSC

Competition Structure

• A & B graded divisions (If there are enough teams registered)
• Teams may be re-graded at discretion of competition management

Ladder Points

• Win: 3 points
• Draw: 2 points
• Loss: 1 point
• Forfeit: 0 points
• Bye: 3 points

Finals

• Finals format will be dependent on number of teams entered.
• Players must participate in at least 50% of regular season matches to qualify for finals.

Registrations

Registrations open 2-3 weeks prior to the commencement of each season.

Team Registration

• Fee: $20.00 per team
• A team representative must register via the GameDay portal.‍

Player Registration

• Fee: $50.00 per player
• Players must register using the team code provided by their representative.‍

Fill-in Players

• Fee: $5.00 per game (payable on the night).
• Can play a maximum of 2 games before registering.
• Fill-ins must be added to the scoresheet.

Individual Registration

• If you don’t have a team, complete an Enquiry Form.
• Individuals will be matched to existing teams or allocated to new teams, depending on availability.
