Program Information

Walking Basketball is a fun, low-impact activity that’s perfect for anyone looking to get moving, including those who are less active or recovering from injury.

This slower-paced version of basketball is welcoming to all ages, genders, and abilities. It’s a great way to stay active, improve your health, and enjoy a friendly, social environment without the intensity of a traditional game.

No experience is needed—whether you’re new to basketball or a seasoned player, everyone can enjoy this inclusive and relaxed program.
